Our Mission:

Kids Helping Kids started with a pull on a 10-year-old's heart while watching a show on child trafficking happening on the other side of the globe. Young Tyler Page's plight to raise just $240 in order to keep one Ghanaian child out of trafficking for an entire year quickly grew into a fundraising bonanza bringing hope and inspiration to kids in need while beginning a legacy of uncompromised leadership and selflessness to various corners of the world. Children are our hope for a brighter future. We build self-confident, reliant and accountable young adults through our leadership academy that understand the importance of giving back. We are already experiencing the movement of being a part of the change.

 

Our Vision:

To empower youth so that they know who they are, what their values are, where they want to go and how they want to do it while they are 20 as opposed to figuring it out in their 40th's.

 

Our Goals:

  1. To reach the $1,000,000 mark by 2013 by continuing to support kids and their fundraising ideas as they contribute to their community and their world.
  2. To create after-school programs that teach difference aspects of influential leadership, service learning and making choices based on their values and integrity.
  3. To inspire and encourage adults to listen to kids more, ask them questions about who they are, who they want to be and if they could do one thing to change the world what would it be, then allowing them to take a step in that direction.
  4. To encourage more youth to take on our youth empowerment challenges at www.koodooz.com.
  5. To expand our pen pal programs to reach all corners of the world so that children can connect all over the world.
  6. To open leadership academies across the nation and have one in each state by 2014.

Our Objectives:

  1. To build a solid foundation of character within all kids to impact not only themselves, but the influence they have in the world.
  2. To build strategic alliances with like-minded organizations so that our reach in youth will be deep and wide.
  3. To strengthen our leadership programs by engaging and training youth leaders so they can teach the younger ones.
  4. To secure investors for our children's future through our leadership training, experiences and programs.
  5. To grow self-confident, reliant and accountable young adults that understand the importance of giving back.
