Our Mission is to educate and partner with children and adults globally, who want to be the difference. We want to nurture young leaders as well as provide invaluable educational tools, such as building self-esteem, communication skills, problem solving, public speaking, accountability, integrity, research technology and team building. 

As we build self-confident, reliant and accountable young adults that understand the importance of giving back, we will begin to see the movement of being a part of the difference.

Our Vision is to teach children how to discover their passion and purpose so that they become visionary leaders with integrity and heart, and create global transformation.

1. To reach Tyler’s $50,000 goal.
2. To begin monthly leadership meetings for kids with speakers that come in and teach difference aspects of good leadership.
3. To expand our database of inspiring others.To launch “An Amazing Kid” nomination through a local publication.
4. To partner with local schools to incorporate leadership curriculum with academic curriculum in every class.
5. Grow our pen pal programs so they can be used as educational tools to learn and connect children all over the globe.

1. Select kid run fundraisers to bring the community together and raise money to reach Tyler’s goal.
2. Form a committee to run the leadership meetings for kids.
3. Attend more forums in order to gather more contacts and inspire others to join our cause, another cause or start their own.
4. Network with local publications and launch a program to recognize amazing things children are doing.  Also select nomination committee by February 15th, 2008.
5. Meet with local superintendents, principals and teachers to gain support on launching leadership curriculum in every classroom of every grade.
6. Maintain and grow a national and global PenPal program.
